Growing connections between soil, plants and profitability
Our Agronomists are outcome focused risk mitigation specialists.
Australian Soil Planners have been providing regenerative agronomy advice to growers in Australia, New Zealand and the USA for over 25 years.
Our methods have been developed and tested in a range of production systems improve soil health and function, creating water and nutrient use efficiencies which allow reductions in synthetic inputs. Those reductions have been shown by the University of Queensland to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in broad-acre grain and cereal production by 75% over conventional methods.
Reduced synthetic inputs result in reduced costs allowing our growers to enjoy improved profitability as well as reducing environmental impact and producing healthier, more nutrient dense produce. Contact us today to discuss how we can work with you to improve your soil and farm in partnership with nature.

Our Methods
We are acutely aware of the consequences of industrial agriculture and the effects that overuse of chemical and fertilisers have on our soils. We work to reduce the environmental impact of overusing these products, we leave the soil in better condition for the next generation.
This is not a philosophical view; this is all about profitability and the grower's long-term viability.
We have developed our methods by utilising the best elements of conventional, organic and natural sequence farming with a primary focus on soil health management. We combine cover cropping, nutrition using fertilisers based on natural inputs supplemented (when necessary) with synthetic fertilisers, in sequence with beneficial livestock management.
Our methods are proven in broad acre cropping, irrigated and dryland, horticulture, tree crops, livestock management and Growers following our methods are able to access markets available under the Certified Sustainable standard.

"Eighteen years ago I got fed up with putting on MORE. Committing to ASP methods has helped us to grow sustainable crops and pastures with less synthetic fertiliser, insecticides and fungicides at the same time improving the soil and the profitability of our enterprise."
Brendan & Gabrielle Savage, WA
"We have been farming our 14,0000acres near Kilcummin, Qld under the soil planner system for ten years. Our synthetic input requirement has substantially reduced and we have experienced consistency of results throughout."
Bruce Werner, Qld
